I qualified in massage in 2006 when I realised it was time to finally do a job that I would love rather than sitting in an office, doing the same thing every day.

Over 15 years on I still love the challenge that each client brings me and solving the puzzle that it the human body!

My passion is to help people feel better.  Whether this means working out why their neck is hurting  through massage or using reflexology to help relieve the symptoms of anxiety, every client is treated as an individual.

 

Having worked as a mobile therapist for 8 years in Hemel Hempstead, when my family relocated to Bedford in 2015 I decided I wanted the new challenge of having a treatment room. As I am not a "twinkles & candles" type of therapist, I wanted a room that would be suitable for male and female clients and not make anyone feel uncomfortable in their surroundings.  My treatment room at Core Performance Clinic offers this perfectly and suits the type of treatments I offer.

As a busy mum, wife and business woman, I completely understand the stresses and strains of modern day life and truly believe that the therapies I offer can help you to regain some control.
